Stefanie Prokity is Vice President and CFO for Successful Innovations, Inc., an educational consulting firm located in Lynchburg, Virginia and dedicated to supporting family engagement in school districts across the nation.  As an educational consultant, she is committed to providing quality interactive resources and software as a service for family/parent involvement and onsite professional development opportunities for educational professionals.  She is the co-author of five books; Building a High Achieving School, 3 C’s to Success (1st and 2nd Editions), Parental Involvement 101, The Parent Coordinator’s Manual and Family Engagement and Nurturing Children to be Independent Thinkers.  She is the co-creator of the National Family Engagement Summit, an educational conference hosted annually.  She has ten years of entrepreneurial/small business experience and seventeen years of experience in Virginia public schools, nine as a classroom teacher, and eight as an administrator, including assistant principal and principal at both the elementary and secondary levels.

 Mrs. Prokity is a recognized and involved member of the following organizations; Smart Beginnings Leadership Council of Central Virginia, Region 2000 STEM Academy Partnership Council Board, The Lynchburg Regional Business Alliance Board of Directors, Lynchburg Morning Rotary Club, United Way of Central Virginia Board Member, Commonwealth Business Association Networking Group and the National Association of Women Business Owners.  She received recognition and induction into the Manchester’s Who’s Who for professional leaders among women in 2006 and in the National Association of Professional Women in 2013 and is a 2012 “Women of Achievement Awards” nominee from DePaul Community Resources and was the 2013 Finalist for the Enterprising Women of the Year Award and was nominated in 2014 for “Entrepreneur of the Year” by the Lynchburg Regional Technology Council. Successful Innovations, Inc. is the 2011 Small Business of the Year Award recipient from the Lynchburg Regional Chamber of Commerce and the 2012 U.S. Chamber of Commerce Blue Ribbon Small Business Award recipient.  


Stefanie Prokity received her B.S. in Elementary Education, NK-8 from Liberty University and her M.Ed. in Educational Leadership, Elementary and Secondary endorsements, from Lynchburg College.
